About this Serviced Apartment Manager Role
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee reservations, reception, guest services, and check-in/out procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Direct and supervise staff across housekeeping, reception, and maintenance to maintain high standards of service excellence.
* Assess and review guest satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain compliance with occupational health & safety regulations, fire safety standards, and building policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Prepare financial summaries for management/ownership to inform strategic decisions.
