Our vision is to have 14 schools across five states, making us the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.
This role will combine managerial, strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of the school.
The successful candidate will require risk management skills, compliance knowledge, scheduling expertise, process improvement skills, timetable management abilities and support for leadership team execution of our organisational vision.
This is a full-time position commencing in 2025.
You will work closely with our Principal and Board to prioritise excellent teaching, positive culture and authentic relationships.
We seek energetic and competent educational leaders who display excellent planning, administration, communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a capacity and willingness to devise strategies that help improve student learning.
They will be committed to displaying excellent teaching as described in the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and willing to receive feedback on their teaching and implement changes.
