We are currently seeking a Rural Property Specialist to join our permanent, full-time team. This key role focuses on rural sales, encompassing grazing, cropping, and mixed farming properties that drive regional economies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Listing, marketing, and selling residential and rural broadacre properties
* Building and maintaining trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
* Achieving targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
* Supporting business development initiatives and community engagement
