Your new role
As a Financial Planning Support Officer / Client Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and clients by implementing strategic wealth management advice. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience through accurate documentation, workflow coordination, and relationship management. This role also includes personal assistant duties to a senior leader, offering variety and exposure across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the preparation and implementation of financial advice documentation
* Managing client files and ensuring data integrity in XPlan
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinating workflow and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Providing administrative support including diary and travel management
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Experience in financial services, particularly in a client support or coordination role, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with XPlan and Microsoft Office tools is highly desired.
