The opportunity This newly created Senior Business Performance Analyst role will add capability to our Business Performance & Insights team, supporting our scale and simplification objectives. As the trusted business partner delivering actionable financial insights, you'll enable decision-making that drives optimal business performance. You'll support Senior Finance Business Partners by: Assisting with P&L and FTE analysis to deliver timely, accurate insights Ensuring quality assurance of data and reporting processes Liaising with Financial Control to investigate variances Supporting production of consolidated monthly reports, forecasts and budgets Managing end-to-end financial management for designated enablement functions This role serves as a clear pathway to becoming a Finance Business Partner, letting you strengthen UniSuper's financial acumen while making strategic choices that support great retirement outcomes for our members. About you You're a finance professional with: CA/CPA Qualification 5 years' experience in FP&A Proven experience in Business Support and Commercial Accounting Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail A growth mindset with tenacity for problem solving Willingness to appropriately challenge the status quo Passion for numbers and improving financial performance Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Oracle EPM-EPBCS experience advantageous) You thrive on adaptability, manage your work efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and set high standards of performance for yourself and others.
