We are seeking the services of an Experienced professional, flexible and compassionate support worker with the knack for getting the job done
This a part time / casual position 20 hours per week or more working with a range of different clients with various disabilities.
The successful candidate must be able to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will have:
* A wide range of availabilities especially in the morning and afternoons, 7 days a week.
* Experience working with people in a person-centred environment.
* Cert 3 or 4 in disability or Individual Support or willing to obtain.
* Past experience as a disability support worker.
* Ability to easily relate to others.
* Perform light house cleaning duties, assist with personal care and social access.
* Essential - have experience using a lifter / hoist
The successful candidate must have/have the ability to obtain:
* NDIS worker screening
* Working with Children Check
* Police check
* An open Driver's license - Essential
We pay at SCHADS award with reimbursement for car expenses. Pay rate determined based on qualifications and relevant experience.
The successful candidates must be available for 7.30am starts as well as evenings and weekends and Sleep Over Shifts (Port Stephens)
