Mid-January 2026 start

At Attend Support Services, we are proud of the welcoming, supportive culture we've built. From our Ann Street office in South Australia, we work closely together in an environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

What matters to us most is genuine care — caring about our participants, our support workers, and achieving the best possible outcomes for every person we support. We place a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and finding the right fit between participants and support workers, ensuring consistency, trust, and quality support.

As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a warm, organised, and people-focused professional to join our team across administration, rostering, recruitment, and compliance. This role would suit someone looking for a fresh beginning in 2026 and the opportunity to settle into a meaningful, long-term role.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our organisation. You'll be part of a close-knit office team that works collaboratively, communicates openly, and supports one another. Your work will play an important role in shaping positive experiences for both participants and support workers.

Through your daily communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for others, you'll help ensure that everyone receives the support, information, and follow-through they need.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing friendly and reliable day-to-day administrative support
* Building and maintaining participant-centred rosters
* Supporting strong matches between participants and support workers
* Coordinating shifts, managing availability, and responding to changes
* Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members
* Managing compliance processes and documentation
* Ensuring alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, worker screening, policies, and procedures
* Maintaining accurate records and staff training compliance
* Communicating clearly and compassionately with participants, families, and staff

Flexible Role Structure

We are open to different role structures depending on experience and interests, including:

* 4 - 5 days full administration, rostering, recruitment, and compliance role, or
* A hybrid role, combining 1 days per week of direct support work with 4 days per week in the office

We warmly encourage experienced support workers who have a strong understanding of participant needs and an interest in transitioning into an NDIS office-based role to apply.

On-Call Roster

This role includes participation in a shared rotating on-call weekend roster.

* On-call duties are shared across the team
* Penalty rates and on-call allowances apply
* We value fairness and work–life balance

Who We're Looking For

We would love to onboard someone with experience and a proven history of working in a similar role within the NDIS space. An understanding of NDIS processes, compliance requirements, and participant-centred service delivery would be highly regarded.

At the same time, we warmly encourage applications from experienced support workers and professionals from related backgrounds who bring strong transferable skills, a genuine understanding of participant needs, and an interest in stepping into an office-based role within the NDIS sector.

We're looking for someone who genuinely shares our values and brings an empathetic, caring approach to their work. This is a role for a person who wants to immerse themselves in the organisation, take pride in what they do, and embody what Attend Support Services stands for in every interaction.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

* Warm, approachable, and people-focused
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing documentation, systems, and processes
* Comfortable balancing competing priorities
* Experienced in administration, rostering, recruitment, or compliance

Experience using Visual Care CRM system would be highly regarded, though not essential.

Why Work With Attend Support Services

* A welcoming and supportive office environment
* A close, collaborative team
* Flexibility and understanding around work–life balance
* Opportunities for learning and professional growth
* Work that genuinely makes a positive difference in people's lives

If you're looking to start 2026 with purpose, in a role where care, connection, and quality truly matter, we would love to hear from you.
