Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play an essential role in representing our business!
Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time!In This Role You WillBe responsible for day-to-day facilitation of customer inquiries and orders achieving agreed service outcomes through the Distribution Network.Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tasks and orders, confirmation and managing stock & transport availability.Providing clear and accurate communication with external and internal stakeholders, guaranteeing agreed service outcomes.To drive a culture based on an uncompromising commitment to safety.Your hours of work: Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 3.00pm (customer service operation hours are between 7.00am to 4.00pm)What You Bring To The RoleBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on being able to successfully multi-task to get the job doneHave high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skillsBe passionate about customer service with suitable experience to matchStrong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirableWhat We OfferWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
