Are you passionate about delivering IT projects that make a real impact? My client is looking for an
Agile Project Manager
the team and drive end-to-end delivery using a pragmatic, hybrid Agile approach tailored to a maturing Agile environment.
In this role, you'll plan, execute, and close sprints, ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are met, and documentation is complete. You'll work across multiple projects, supporting Senior Project Managers and enabling teams to stay aligned, remove blockers, and deliver value early and often.
Your new role
* Deliver fast-paced IT projects iteratively, ensuring early and frequent value delivery.
* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming for clarity and progress.
* Coordinate releases, track tasks, and resolve impediments to keep teams moving.
* Engage with stakeholders to confirm scope, manage expectations, and validate progress.
* Define and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the lifecycle.
* Champion Agile principles and continuous improvement while balancing governance needs.
* Support reporting on performance, risks, and outcomes to sponsors and steering committees.
* Oversee UAT, training, and change management for smooth operational transitions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in project management with a pragmatic mindset and strong Agile knowledge.
* Previous experience working as Scrum Master
* Ability to balance iterative delivery with traditional governance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improvement.
* Skilled in managing impediments, navigating conflict, and maintaining team momentum.
* Advocate for Agile practices while adapting to organizational culture and maturity.
