LPN Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team in community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs.

Job Summary:
As an LPN, you will be responsible for managing the medical care and medications of our residents. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. -----------------------------------
* Login user functions: Record patient details accurately, take vital signs including temperatures temperatures blood pressure oxygen saturation BP
Main Responsibilities include
* Medical & Medication Oversight: Manage resident's medication regimens ensure compliance with physician orders record accurate dosing
and timing as required document any changes or issues promptly.
* Crisis Intervention: Respond effectively de-escalate emergencies involving residents prioritizing their safety well-being.
