About this role:
Case Manager
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Sydney office with flexibility to work from home.
You will be responsible for managing a full portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries.
* Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders such as injured workers, employers, doctors, rehabilitation providers, etc. to facilitate the injured worker's return to work as promptly and safely as possible.
* Develop and implement active strategies to improve recovery and return to work outcomes in collaboration with Injury Management Specialists.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
About you:
* An allied health background with experience in customer service is highly desirable.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively within a team.
* Passion for helping people and proactive approach when engaging with stakeholders.
