You’ll work closely with our CEO and Board to drive growth, strengthen governance, and support teams across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading with integrity and has a passion for building a positive, values-based culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading financial strategy, planning, and governance to support growth and innovation.
- Overseeing finance operations, reporting, and compliance in a regulated aged care environment.
- Driving digital transformation, ensuring our IT systems support smarter decision-making and security.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our community.
- Inspiring and developing a high-performing finance team.
The kind of leader you are
You’re a balanced leader who blends drive and determination to get things done, a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking to ensure accuracy and compliance, and the people skills to collaborate, influence, and build strong relationships across teams. You know when to push forward, when to dig into the details, and when to bring people together to make things happen.
About you
- CPA or CA qualified, with senior financial leadership experience, ideally in aged care, health, or the not-for-profit sector.
- Strategic and commercially astute, with strong knowledge of compliance and funding frameworks like AN-ACC.
- Comfortable managing complex budgets and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Passionate about balancing financial sustainability with exceptional care for residents and staff.
