We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at the Golden Fleece Hotel in Melton. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to set standards.
You will support senior chefs and kitchen staff with food assembly, plating, and general kitchen duties. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring food safety procedures are followed, maintaining control and leadership in your assigned kitchen section during service times, and keeping your workstation clean and organized.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), a Food Handlers Certificate, and experience working in a pub/bistro or fast-paced kitchen environment.
