As a Community Housing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering holistic support to our clients.
The position involves conducting thorough initial assessments and developing individualised case plans. You will provide timely crisis intervention and collaborate with real estate personnel to advocate for client's housing stability.
You will oversee 10 residential properties, ensuring coordinated support, and encourage life skills through budgeting sessions and daily structure. The ideal candidate has experience working with people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
We value qualifications in Mental Health, Social Work, or Community Services and proven experience in case management, crisis management, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with property management is an advantage.
