This position is based at our friendly office inWarsaw,Poland and you will join our Global Supportteam.The departmentisin charge ofreport designing, data analysis,building processautomationsolutionsand more. They provide services to customer banks and BEC-internal areas such asProduct Management, Portfolio and Ways-of-working, Operations, Risk &Compliance, Procurement,Facility management,Architectureand others.Theyenable customers to see data to make informed decisions, streamline business workflows, and drive automation and standardization across the organization.

work remotely up to 8 days per month

Primarytasksand responsibilities include:
Build andmaintainstate-of-the-artreports
Analyze required sources of information and choose method of cyclic data pulls
Choose proper (right for purpose) reporting tooling balancing complexity and ease of maintenance
Design data model of underlying reporting database
If needed, design business workflows to collect source data in a structured way even before reports are created
Collect requirements from report receivers andadvisealternative approaches
Be in close contact with report receivers and stakeholderswhile reports are designed and built out(frequentfeedbackfromOperations, Risk & Compliance, Facility Management, Security, Architecture, and other BEC functions)
Tech stack:
Power BI reporting, DAX language, SQL queries
Databricks (Dashboards, SQL Editor, PySpark/Spark SQL, notebooks)
Optional technologiesavailable if needed: Power Queries, ServiceNow Reports / Performance Analytics, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards, Kibana, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Data Factories, Azure Synapse Analytics
Occasional travel to Denmark/Poland asrequiredfor team collaboration and stakeholder meetings
Continuous improvement of reporting processes
Knowledge sharing within the team
To succeed you will have:
3-4 years of experience in Power BI reporting (
DAX languagerequired
)
1-2 years of experience in Databricks reporting
Experience in report design, data analysis, and stakeholder management
Familiarity withPySparkor Spark SQL for large-scale data processing
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
A curious mind with an open nature and desire toknowledge-sharewith others.
Fluent in English(written and spoken)
Active listening, effective communication, ability to understand and advise on stakeholder needs, hunger for knowledge, quick and effective research skills
Englishrequired; Polish or Danish is a plus
Proficiencyin M365 Copilotand/or GitHub Copilot – our team isan AI-first team, which is a mindset touse AIfor efficiency every day plusconstantlytry our newAIfeaturesand upgraded models to look for new efficiency opportunities
