Salary & Benefits
* $55.00 – $65.00/hr + superannuation
* 6‑month contract with likely extension
* 5,5,4 sportsman roster
* Fortnightly pay via a modern payroll system
* Central Kwinana Beach location
* Work with a globally recognised processing operation
* Ongoing support from your dedicated NES Fircroft consultant
About You
* Experience operating within a processing plant environment
* Cert III Process Plant Operation
* WA Driving Licence
* Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A practical and committed approach to safety and wellbeing
* Ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under pressure
* Competency with mobile equipment (Loader, Forklift, EWP, Skid Steer)
* Overhead crane operation experience desirable
* Emergency response exposure
The Job Role
* Safely operate all aspects of the lithium processing plant
* Collaborate with your team to meet production and safety targets
* Complete plant inspections, identify hazards, and report faults
* Participate in shift handover, toolbox meetings and training sessions
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and support a strong team culture
* Assist in training others and engaging in continuous improvement activities
