We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead the daily operations of our boutique.
About The Role
This is a key role that will support the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless operations and delivering an elevated experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
* Ensure the highest level of service is given to guests, measured against set objectives
* Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
* Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
* Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
* Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
* Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
