We are currently seeking a results driven and customer focused Store Leader to join our team. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high performing retail team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising, stock management and customer engagement strategies;
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner;
* Leading and developing a high performing retail team, including recruitment, training and coaching;
* Maintaining store appearance and ensuring the store is always presented in a clean and tidy manner;
* Monitoring and controlling store expenses, including labor costs, inventory levels and supply chain logistics;
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or luxury retail;
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver results in a fast paced retail environment;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees;
