The Opportunity
We're looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to join our head office team in Thomastown, Melbourne, just off the freeway.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for answering calls and online enquiries, providing expert advice and recommendations, and processing sales and rentals for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer inquiries primarily over the phone, as well as some via email;
* Providing customers with product information, recommendations, and pricing;
* Going above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience;
* Processing sales and rentals for customers; and
* Showing attention to detail;
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the customer database.
Salary & Benefits
When you join Ozwide Tools, you will receive an attractive salary circa $55,000 - $70,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) plus super. (This is a Part time position so the above is based off a full-time wage)

We are offering a flexible part time role, minimum 3 days per week
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
We are flexible on days but it needs to be full days.
About You
As our Inbound Sales Representative, you will be providing technical advice to customers looking for tools to help them with their auto repairs, and your experience in sales will help you with this.
All training will be provided and you will guided slowly through processes and company policy.
If you do not have automotive experience, then we would also see value with someone with medium and above computer skills.
Being a small to medium business there are always extra projects happening where we encourage personal growth.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience to be considered for this position.
You will have a confident, friendly, and personable phone manner, and enjoy providing great customer service to clients over the phone and via email.
