About the Opportunity
The Libraries operate eight locations across Cumberland LGA providing resources and assistance to customers.
Team members participate in various events including educational programs, social activities and community initiatives. Responsibilities include:
* Customer service duties
* Providing high-quality customer service to library customers
* Participating in program delivery such as children's storytime adult classes and events
* Assisting customers with accessing library resources troubleshooting technology systems and resolving queries
The successful applicant requires experience in a similar environment well-developed literacy numeracy and communication skills ability to work effectively in a team experience with computers and internet use is also essential.
