Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co – Margaret River WA
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering attentive, polished service and taking pride in creating a warm and memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
* Provide friendly, efficient service in a busy dining environment
* Greet and assist guests, manage general floor flow and respond quickly to guest needs
* Take accurate orders and process payments using a POS system
* Run food and beverages, monitor tables, clear and reset efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe service area (including stations and pass)
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to keep service moving smoothly
* Support the team during peak periods, weekends and functions
* Follow RSA requirements, venue procedures, and hygiene/food safety standards
About you
* Hospitality experience (at least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent) experience) as a Waiter/Waitress
* Strong customer service skills and a calm, can-do attitude
* Able to multitask, prioritise and work well as part of a team
* Reliable, well-presented and punctual
* Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

Located on Caves Road in the Margaret River region, Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co is proud to offer a traditional restaurant experience centred on high-quality service and seasonal, locally sourced dishes, paired with our crafted beers brewed in-house. We are currently seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. Successful candidate will be required to live & work in the South West of WA region; this is not a FIFO role.
