As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the entire performance of the hotel, ensuring a consistent guest experience while preserving the strength of the brand and its assets.
About You
Experienced and hands‑on Hotel Manager who leads from the front and thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
Comfortable stepping into departments as needed to support the business and maintain service standards.
Responsibilities
Lead by example, fostering a culture where genuine hospitality is at the core of every interaction.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to build technical capability and service confidence.
Manage recruitment needs: review applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
Demonstrate strong time‑management skills, prioritising tasks and consistently delivering financial and operational results within required timeframes.
Maintain operational excellence while ensuring full compliance with WHS and employment legislation.
Provide clear, constructive performance feedback and actively drive succession planning within the team.
Adopt a hands‑on leadership approach, assisting in frontline operations as needed.
Commit to delivering consistent, high‑quality, brand‑standard guest experiences while inspiring a positive and accountable team environment.
Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and professionalism in leadership style.

Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably within a shared facility or strata‑titled property.
Strong operational and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering expected results.
Proficient in recruitment, training, onboarding, and team development.
Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
Deep knowledge of WHS and employment legislation, ensuring full compliance.
Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing service gaps.
