About the Centre Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is opening a brand new, purpose built centre in Rockbank Village, we are opening this centre very soon, and we're seeking Room Leaders and Assistant Educators to join our founding team.

The Roles
Room Leader (Rooms 1 & 3)
* Lead and support educators across Rooms 1 and 3
* Deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQF
* Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Support compliance, best practice and continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and leadership team
Assistant Educator
* Support the delivery of quality early learning programs
* Create nurturing and inclusive learning environments
* Work collaboratively within a team environment
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Engage in ongoing professional development
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved qualification)
* Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am – 6:30pm
* Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
* Strong communication skills
* Passionate about early childhood education
Essential Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
* Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* Food Handling Certificate
