Offer description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Office Administrator role. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This includes managing our financial processes, such as invoicing, expense reconciliations, budgets, and freight/packaging records. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, supporting our leadership team, and maintaining audit schedules.

As an Office Administrator, you will provide guidance to team members, build strong internal relationships, and uphold confidentiality. You will also assist the Leadership Team in implementing policies and procedures, identifying improvements, and engaging with enterprise-wide initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day office administration, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and site services
* Oversee financial processes including invoicing, expense reconciliations, budgets, and freight/packaging records
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications:

* Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in office administration, compliance, or finance support roles
* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
