Finishing Foreman - Brisbane Based
About the Role:
Join a high performing team delivering one of Brisbane's most iconic high-rise projects. We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee all finishing trades and ensure the highest standards of quality and detail across luxury interiors and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise finishing trades (joinery, tiling, painting, flooring, etc.).
* Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
* Drive project timelines and manage subcontractor performance.
* Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness.
* Work closely with Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve practical completion milestones.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Finishes/Finishing Foreman on large-scale commercial or high-rise projects.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium finishes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades under tight deadlines.
