We're hiring - Marketing Manager
Would you like to be part of a growing, innovative global business that's working to help the bees?
About the Role
Flow is a growing and innovative global business that strives to have a positive environmental impact. We're on the search for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, build authentic connection with our audience, and drive business results. You'll balance big picture thinking with day-to-day execution—shaping our story, crafting campaigns, and turning insight into results.
Reporting to the CEO & GM, this role sits alongside our Growth Marketing Manager (digital ads, UX and ecommerce optimisation) and involves leading a team that includes our Social Media Manager, in-house media production, and Key Accounts Coordinator. We work from our spectacular Byron Bay office, and most of us do a couple of days a week from home. Flow is a purpose-driven company, and we're a dynamic bunch who care about what we're doing.
You'll take the reins on marketing direction — devising strategy across markets, refining our brand identity, coordinating the team to bring out their best, rolling up your sleeves to get involved where you're needed, and combining creative ideas with analytical rigour to deliver real business outcomes. If marketing that feels as good as it performs is your thing and you're lit up by the opportunity to help the bees, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
This role cuts across the entire marketing function—from strategy to execution—working to attract, convert, and retain customers. Responsibilities include:
Team Management:
Lead and nurture a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals, offer direction, and create a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth.
Strategic Direction:
Identify opportunities and set marketing strategy across channels, prioritising initiatives that align with our mission and market potential.
Campaign Ideation and Coordination:
Develop and execute integrated brand and sales campaigns—from concept through to delivery—ensuring messaging, visuals, and timing align with company strategy and drive measurable impact.
Brand Identity:
Define and evolve the brand's voice, values, and visual language; create compelling stories and campaigns that build emotional resonance and recognition across touchpoints.
Data-Informed Decision Making:
Use insights and analytics to refine tactics and track marketing effectiveness.
Creative Oversight:
Collaborate with internal and external creators, designers, writers, etc. to deliver high-impact assets and content.
Product Marketing:
Work closely with the product team to launch new offerings and promote our existing range.
Market Awareness and International Perspective:
Stay attuned to cultural and industry trends, grow the business in transnational markets with an understanding of how to localise without diluting the core brand.
