What's Involved

The Austal Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain meaningful exposure across multiple areas of our business, giving you the foundations to build a successful and rewarding career.

Gain practical experience across key disciplines, including design, naval architecture, mechanical, and electrical engineering. You'll contribute to the development of innovative vessels, working on everything from propulsion and structural design to electrical systems and automation - playing a direct role in delivering cutting‐edge shipbuilding solutions.

Designed for students and recent graduates yet to step into professional work, this two-year development pathway provides targeted coaching, structured support, and hands- on learning experiences to accelerate your growth as you begin your journey with us.

You'll Need

* Must be a current graduate or recent graduate within the past 3 years.
* Ability to obtain an OHS Construction Industry White Card
* Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
