**Your new role** 
Great opportunity to lead excellence in market research delivery, inspire and develop the research team and lead market research innovation to drive the business forward. The role needs an energetic and inspiring research professional who loves creating valuable insights from data and has statistical and ideally marketing and/or psychology tertiary qualifications with at least five years' experience in market research on the agency side in Australia.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Delivering all market research projects and insights for our clients 
- Manage the Research business unit with specific focus on the development of the research executives. 
- Drive market research innovation to maintain the agency's competitiveness 
- Assist management with solution selling and industry networking
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Excellent communication skills; 
- Strong analytical and creative thinking 
- Strong working knowledge of research, analysis and report writing 
- Strong proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Office suite, SPSS, Q, Smart PLS, etc. 
- Strong organisation and methodical working practices 
- Excellent attention to detail 
- Adaptability and ability to prioritise and work under-pressure; and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
