Role Overview
Casual Educator – Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Location: Highfields, Toowoomba Region QLD 4352, Jarowair and Giabal country.
Centre: Goodstart Highfields.
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm.
Pay: Between $40.93 - $46.10 p/h + Super.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
* Engage in and supervise children at all times.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, current QLD Working with Children Check, willingness to travel between local services, and flexible availability between Monday‐Friday.
