Our client, a leading passenger car dealership located near Perth, Australia, is seeking highly skilled and accredited Technicians to join their aftersales team.
The Role
* Carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
* Troubleshoot vehicle systems and ensure first-time fix rates
* Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and technical teams to deliver outstanding service
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric models
* Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a technician within a franchised passenger car dealership; ideally with Japanese, Korean or Chinese brands
* Manufacturer accreditation and strong diagnostic capabilities
* Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirable
* A team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
