About the Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Guest Services Manager and be responsible for providing seamless guest services from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include:
1. Greeting and farewelling all hotel guests on the front doors
2. Safely parking and retrieving cars from our underground garage
3. Delivering luggage to guest rooms in a timely manner
4. Assisting with day-to-day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions
What You Will Bring
To excel in this role, you will require:
1. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
2. Excellent communication skills, including a 'gift of the gab'
3. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis
4. Ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg
5. A valid driver's license allowing you to drive in NSW, with confidence in driving all types of vehicles
