**About the Mental Health Infant, Child, Family Health & Wellbeing Hub (ICFH)**
The Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub is a new service that will provide therapy that considers all aspects of an infant's or child's life. These services will provide wellbeing support, peer support and care coordination to help with different kinds of challenges including developmental, behavioural, and mental health concerns.?This service has funding for community health, mental health, and family support services. The Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub will sit alongside?ELHMS - Monash Childrens and?the Child and Family Program - Monash Health Community. The ICFH team will provide mental health consultation, assessment, and treatment to infants, children and families.
The service will comprise a multi-disciplinary team.
**About the Role and You**
- Permanent fulltime position (76 hours per fortnight)
This role is for the Mental Health Team Leader within the Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub. The Community Manager and the Mental Health Team Leader will be responsible for managing the Hub's business within Monash Health supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The position will be a split role, consisting of shared operational governance and clinical load. This position is responsible for leading the current services, understanding the developmental and mental health landscape, and seeking to grow and remodel the service to meet population needs. This role will be required to build responsive policies, procedures, and processes for the service and to ensure staff are provided with high-quality supervision and professional development. This is a new service, as part of the recommendations of the Mental Health Royal Commission.
The position is primarily based across mulitple sites within the catchment of Monash Health, working core business hours of 8.30am-5.00pm.
The position is an Allied Health Grade 4, Psychologist Grade 4, RPN Grade 5 level.
