What You Will Do
* Manage daily inbound customer calls, emails, and order processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
* Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer queries, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Ensure accurate entry of order details and maintenance of internal systems for seamless operations.
* Coordinate UK and export deliveries, including liaising with third-party hauliers for efficient logistics.
* Prepare and check export documentation, with full training provided to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure a seamless process, contributing to continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience in an office or customer service environment, demonstrating your capability to thrive in such settings.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, capable of meeting daily KPIs and deadlines with precision.
* Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
* High attention to detail, particularly in data input and documentation checking, to maintain high standards of accuracy.
* A proactive team player attitude with a professional and flexible approach to work.
* IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; ERP/CRM experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
