Facilities Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facilities Support Specialist.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage help desk calls and emails (internal and external queries).
* Coordinate contractor sign-ins and visitor inductions.
* Handle key access requests and assist with car bookings.
* Screen and coordinate event requests, including management of cleaning, hygiene, and waste arrangements in preparation for room readiness.
* Maintain accurate databases and records.
* Provide team and organisational support with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
