Hr Manager Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hr Manager to join our organization. This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who thrives on building HR frameworks, supporting managers, and driving strong employee engagement practices.
As an Hr Manager, you will focus on improving HR processes, supporting area managers, and ensuring HR policies are current and effective. You'll lead onboarding and recruitment for general roles and provide guidance on employee relations matters, all while working independently.
About the Job
* Support managers with employee relations, performance management, investigations, and grievances, or advise when external support is needed.
* Lead recruitment and onboarding for general roles.
* Assist with HR process improvements, including documentation and training frameworks.
* Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
* Manage administrative HR tasks autonomously while collaborating with leadership to establish best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with proven experience in HR generalist and / or employee relations functions. A strong understanding of HR frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements is also essential.
Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Experience in onboarding, recruitment, or HR projects is highly desirable.
