Karlka Fencewright QLD is seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team at our Geebung location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and prides themselves on delivering high-quality administrative and client support.
About the Role
Reporting functionally to the Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations by managing enquiries, coordinating documentation, and assisting with tender and submission processes. You will work closely with Sales Representatives, Operations, Project Management, and Corporate Services to ensure smooth and efficient sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to incoming client enquiries via phone and email
* Gather and follow up on missing project information on behalf of the Sales Team
* Liaise with Sales Representatives to ensure accurate and complete sales information
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enquiry status
* Assist with the preparation of sales folders, tenders, and EOI documentation
* Format, print, scan, and prepare sales and submission documents
* Support handover documentation as required
* Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, meeting bookings, and communication logs
* Coordinate internally to meet tender submission timelines and deadlines
About You
You are organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working with minimal supervision.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in administration, sales support, or reception
* Experience within construction, fencing, or a similar industry (preferred)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient IT skills with basic document formatting capability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Current driver's licence (preferred)
Desirable
* Experience with project estimation or tender preparation
* Familiarity with SimPRO and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
