Who are we looking for?
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic financial management skills.
- Demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior role.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks.

The Role
As an Operations Coordinator based in office in Perth’s northern suburbs, you will play a key administrative role in supporting the team with operational compliance, risk management, and the smooth execution of day-to-day functions across the portfolio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for essential administrative tasks that enable the Centre Management team to effectively oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage risk, maintain site presentation, and support the delivery of capital works across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and review correspondence, reports, presentations.
- Prepare and process internal and external accounts.
- Maintain compliance and risk documents for each property.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team.
- Support the facilities management team with vendor follow-up and queries.
- Liaise with the internal finance team about revenue collections or expense payments.
- Provide reporting on maintenance issues, tenant issues/meetings, upcoming works, relevant schedules, arrears control and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, tenants, and tenant representatives.
