The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team of five experienced dentists and three experienced OHTs. The role covers hygiene, orthodontics and therapy work with an emphasis on quality, not targets. You will have access to state‐of‐the‐art equipment—including airflows, scanners, printers and a dedicated dental assistant—and a supportive environment that pays well above industry standard for the right candidate.
Our combined 100+ years of experience means we mentor the right candidate and offer monthly in‐house CPD nights. We hire based on attitude as well as experience.

Qualifications
* Hold an Oral Health Therapy or Dental Therapy/Hygiene degree from an Australian university with current AHPRA registration.
* Passionate about the profession and willing to undertake above and beyond the minimum CPD hours.
* Operator licence for irradiating apparatus use (as per Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations).
* High level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in and excel in a team environment.
* Maintain a high level of professional maturity.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
* Reliable, punctual, positive, and well presented.
About the Role
* Full‐time or part‐time (for the right candidate).
* Flexible start date for the right candidate.
* Business opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:45 pm.
