Job Description
The role of Engineer in Training is an entry-level engineering position designed for recent graduates or individuals working towards professional licensure.
This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience in design, analysis, manufacturing, and project coordination under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Support various engineering and production activities related to precast concrete products

Required Skills and Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
Acquire 0+ years' experience in design engineering, preferably in the precast or concrete industry.
Develop strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft office software and other computer programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and follow project schedules.
Possess ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
