**About Our Client**:
Your new company is an independent registered charity that joins leading minds, communicating research-based interdisciplinary policy advice to the public, governments and parliaments.
- Manage payroll (end to end) including superannuation, entitlements, payroll tax etc.
- Preparation of financial reports
- Maintain monthly and annual annual accounting systems on MYOB
- Support procurement procedures, including liasing with suppliers
- Support travel and expert's travel bookings
- Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT, Superannuation, Workcover, Insurances etc
- Accounts payable and receivables; including invoicing, payments, reimbursements, reconciliations etc
- Support the CEO as requested
- Electronic document management; including to the auditor
- Basic website and social management
**The Successful Applicant**:
Experience with accounting software, ideally MYOB
Stakeholder engagement and management
Proven ability to work on conflicting tasks with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with with the not-for-profit sector
Experience with social media for commercial purposes
