Your New Opportunity
As an Ecolab Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner to a group of long-term customers in the laundry industry — helping them keep operations running safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
You'll be the go-to person who:
• Builds genuine relationships with customers and their teams
• Keeps dosing equipment running smoothly and safely
• Helps laundries get the best results through great chemistry and smart processes
• Solves technical challenges and finds better ways of doing things
No two days are the same — one day you might be testing water quality, the next you'll be coaching laundry staff or troubleshooting a machine issue. We'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow your career with us.
What You'll Do
• Service and support a set group of customers across South Australia and the NT regions
• Provide technical advice, training, and recommendations to improve wash results
• Audit and maintain Ecolab dosing systems, using data to optimise performance
• Identify and solve equipment issues using your practical know-how
• Work with a supportive team and help customers meet their goals
• Spot opportunities to improve customer operations and introduce innovations
What We're Looking For
We're open-minded about your background — what matters most is your attitude and desire to learn. You might have experience in:
• Trades, technical servicing, or maintenance work
• Customer service or account support roles
• Hospitality, facilities, or industrial environments
And ideally, you'll bring:
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working independently and managing your own day
• A current driver's license and comfort with travel (overnight trips)
