We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who thrives in the thick of operations—balancing strategy with boots-on-the-ground delivery. At our Kyneton facility, you’ll be the engine behind HR processes, compliance, and performance—while still keeping people engagement at the heart of it all.
**Your day-to-day impact**:
- Own HR operations across the site—processes, policies, compliance, and reporting.
- Guide and coach managers on performance, ER/IR, and workforce planning.
- Deliver seamless support on recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Lead investigations and disciplinary outcomes with consistency and professionalism.
- Translate HR data into insights that shape smarter business decisions.
- Keep engagement initiatives practical, targeted, and results driven.
**You bring**:
- Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in HRBP or similar operational HR role.
- Solid knowledge of ER/IR legislation and process management.
- Strong influencing skills—you can back managers while keeping things compliant.
- Proven ability to deliver change and sharpen processes.
- Full working rights in Australia.
