About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our organization. In this key role, you will play a critical part in supporting national operational excellence across our fleet and processing centers.
* Support national operations with a focus on processing center and fleet performance
* Drive safety, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement
* Lead project initiatives from planning through to execution
* Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and strategy
* Collaborate with State Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the network
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Spearheading operational improvements across multiple sites or states
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency
* Leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Fostering collaboration among teams to drive collective success
* Driving cultural change to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and trust
Requirements:
* 20+ years of experience in depot, manufacturing, and/or logistics environments
* Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or business improvement projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
* A hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving
* A calm, confident presence with the ability to guide teams through change
