Your Responsibilities As the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Direct and manage the school's operational resources in line with school objectives and priorities. Provide advice, recommendations and input that contributes to the strategic direction of the school and supports the school's senior leadership to deal with significant matters or issues. Be responsible for the implementation of consistent and efficient processes in support of school strategies and delivery targets. Manage school timetabling software systems including upgrades, system integrations, training, standardisations, data entry, and reporting. Provide effective management and leadership in the development of functional strategies which will ensure the highest standards of operational and administrative performance are in place to achieve educational programming objectives including management of excursions and transportation and corresponding risk management expectations, Ensure systems and processes allow for stakeholder feedback to enable continuous improvements to be identified and implemented.
