APS3 Participant Support Officer 12 month temp assignment
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Participant Assistance**: Resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks.
- ** Front of House Support**: Provide counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries in self-help kiosks and online support.
- ** Customer Service**: Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
- ** Research and Investigation**: Undertake research and investigation activities, prepare associated reports, and complete data entry tasks.
- ** Complaint Handling**: Receive and record complaints and other feedback in their business systems.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or administration-based roles.
- Familiarity with the disability sector is highly desirable.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and learn new systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
