The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a full‑time position, based at our Mackay Clinic. If you're results‑focused, motivated, and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
This role presents a rare opportunity to take the reins of two growing clinics. You'll have the platform to shape a thriving business in the community, deepen relationships with referrers, and foster a culture where people and performance truly flourish.
As Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clinic's day‑to‑day excellence and long‑term success. You'll ensure every patient receives outstanding care, every referrer experience seamless service, and every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered.
These roles go beyond management – they're about leading transformation, championing growth, and setting the benchmark for service, culture, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong service ethos.
* Grow and maintain strong referrer partnerships, acting as a trusted representative of Qscan Group in the community.
* Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes and maximising resource utilisation.
* Champion safety and compliance, ensuring the clinic meets Qscan's high standards for WHS and care.
* Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in daily operations, including frontline duties.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of managing people, performance, and priorities.
* Strong understanding of Medicare, DVA, Workcover and private billing.
* Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills with a patient‑first mindset.
* Commercial acumen, operational savvy, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
* Proficiency with clinical systems, reporting tools and digital workflows.
