Role
The relevant role is an office based Senior Estimator position for a South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne location and will involve responsibilities such as:
* Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
* Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
* Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
* Developing budgets and monitor project costs
* Attend and prepare tender meetings
Requirements
* 5+ years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
* D&C experience
* Previous experience managing Estimating teams/junior level Estimators heavily favorable
* Proficient with Cubit, Cubit Select, Bluebeam and MS Packages
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player, collaborative and determined attitude
