A seasoned Human Resources Business Partner is sought to drive business success by shaping and implementing HR strategies that empower people and address organisational needs.
As a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders on key challenges around performance and change, while fostering collaboration across HR to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions.
* To contribute to the development of business strategies
* To build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* To influence leaders in decision-making beyond traditional HR, focusing on organisation effectiveness, change management, and future capabilities
* To drive talent development and retention strategies
* To lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
* To foster a culture that enhances employee experience and promotes organisational values
* To collaborate with centres of excellence and shared services to deliver HR solutions
* To leverage HR data analytics to define and execute actionable plans
* To play a critical role in business transformation and change management
* To monitor market trends and adapt HR strategies to address evolving business needs
* To partner with internal legal teams to address labour-related matters
* To maintain compliance with regulatory amendments and labour laws
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
* Strategic HR experience
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret awards and agreements
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interview, consult, negotiate, influence and resolve complex issues with managers and employees
* The ability to prepare reports and budgets, and monitor variances
* The ability to write clear and succinct policies and procedures and correspondence
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
* Experience in organisational development and change management
* Previous organisational and project management experience
* Strong relationship management skills with business acumen and curiosity
