About the Role
This dynamic business is a specialist in strategic intellectual property transactions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our small but well-regarded team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced intellectual property lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE, comfortable working autonomously in a team environment, with the support of experienced senior lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise high-growth start-ups, established brands, and venture capital firms on intellectual property transactions;
* Work closely with clients across various sectors including life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, technology, and consumer goods;
About You
We are looking for an experienced intellectual property lawyer who can bring their expertise and passion for innovative work to our team. You may have gained experience in a large firm and be seeking a role which offers greater client exposure, more flexibility, and interesting high-quality work, or you may be in-house and have an interest in working with a diverse range of clients.
