Job Overview
Established global manufacture enhancing warehouse facility in Yatala requires a Parts Executive to complete warehouse functions including picking orders, goods receival & dispatch, and stock take of equipment and inventory.
Job Responsibilities
* Parts Selling, Delivery and Management
* Maintain and practice Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety Act / Regulations and Dingli AWP company policy
* Undertake all direct day to day operational tasks within the Dingli AWP warehouse operation
* Loading and unloading of all containerised or transported products arriving or departing the warehouse
* Assist interpretation in person and over the phone all customer enquiries relating to spare parts, logistics, service and support, picking and packaging of goods and prepare for shipping or transportations
* Process CRM proforma invoicing, work orders, warranty sheets when required
* Assist other employees, contractors, dealers, and suppliers, in partnership with Dingli AWP purchasing or supporting products and services
* Work under supervision and also autonomously to undertake daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities relating to the smooth and safe operation of warehouse (Spare Part), inventory and company assets
* Take receipt of, Store, Stock Take, Upkeep and Pre Deliver new products and Spare part inventory items
* Report any stock count discrepancies, damaged spare parts stock or warehouse inventory, problems, safety issues, risks and / or opportunities for improvement that may relate to customer enquiries and Dingli AWP business improvement to local management
* Record and report any situation that may arise and could compromise the position of the company and any of its operations to local management
* Safe operation of assets such as forklift, company vehicles and Dingli AWP equipment
* Washing and Detailing products, Dingli equipment and vehicles used for company business
* Maintain supplied Tools & Workshop/Warehouse equipment to high standards and report all non compliant, non serviceable, or missing items
* Promote Dingli AWP products and services as an industry leading business throughout Asia Pacific with particular focus in the Oceania region
* Communicate any business opportunities with existing and potential customers
* Liaise with suppliers and internal employees about warehouse inventory, products, maintenance items in a professional and positive way
* Attend to all warehouse maintenance items i.e. shelving, racking, facility items, within your capabilities and qualifications to complete safely
* Attend and participate in trade show events as required
* Assist in product training and technical support under supervision
* Establish and maintain strong Customer, Supplier, Distributors, Dingli AWP employee relationships
* Attend and administer regular meetings, reviews, committee meetings when ever required or as directed by management
* Assist and evaluate new employee through training, leading and providing feedback about their performance, and communicate any non conformance or non suitability concerns to local management
* Maintain statutory and regulatory qualifications and licensing to perform duties efficiently and safely
* Other duties or new responsibilities as directed by Dingli AWP management
Requirements
* Chinese/Fluent in Chinese Advantage
* Parts Selling, Delivery, Management Experience
* Valid Forklift License
* Current Australian drivers license and reliable transport
* Prior experience in a similar role in import / export distribution environment
* Have a high attention to detail with excellent computer and communication skills
* Be a strong team player with a safety focus
* Assist in completing company objectives and problem resolution
* complete physical labour tasks including unloading and loading equipment from containers, and heavy vehicles
* Be reliable, ambitious have a a positive attitude to advance career development with a mechanical aptitude
